Terms
Last updated: November 1, 2026. Plain language summary. Written terms are provided before the first payment and govern if there is any difference.
SiteChat Lead Widget is sold and operated by Daybreak Works. References to we or us in these terms mean Daybreak Works.
The pilot
The pilot runs for 30 days. A setup fee applies, as listed on the home page, and is refundable until the widget goes live on your site. The pilot produces a measured report of leads captured, questions answered, and handoffs. No lead volume, conversion rate, or revenue outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Subscriptions
Growth, Pro, and Agency plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars, month to month, and can be cancelled inside the product without a phone call. Subscription fees are pro rated to the current month on cancellation.
What the widget may and may not say
The widget answers from your website content and your approved scripts. It does not make binding quotes, discounts, eligibility decisions, or deadlines on your behalf. Businesses remain responsible for what their chat tells visitors, which is why knowledge content and scripts are approved by the business before they run.
Your content
You keep ownership of your website content. We use it only to build and operate your widget knowledge base and scripts.
Service notes
Conversation allowances are as listed per plan. Model providers and published API prices change over time; if a change materially affects service, we will say so in writing before it affects your plan price.
Availability
Service is offered first to English language sites in Canada outside Quebec. Quebec service arrives with the v2 compliance package.
