This website

This is a static informational website. It does not require accounts. The pilot application form on this site is connected: when you submit it, your application is delivered to Daybreak Works, either by email from our server when that delivery is switched on, or through your own email app when it is not; the form tells you which before anything is sent. The demo chat bubble's pilot script delivers the same way when you confirm a pilot request. Applications are not stored on this website. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as pages requested and approximate location derived from IP address, in server logs used for security and reliability.

The demo chat

This demo is run by Daybreak Works. Questions you type into the demo chat are sent to a commercial AI provider to generate an answer, on a paid tier whose terms exclude training on the content. Do not type personal information into the demo. Demo answers are capped per visitor to keep the demonstration within its stated cost.

The product, for client businesses

When a business uses SiteChat Lead Widget on its own website, the widget collects only the lead fields that business configures, typically a name, a phone number or email, and what the visitor needs. Transcripts are delivered to that business. Marketing follow up requires separate, explicit consent, logged with the wording and a timestamp, and unsubscribes are honoured within 10 business days, as Canadian anti spam law requires. Live visitor chats run on paid AI tiers with no training on client data. Client conversation data is used to improve that client service only and is not pooled across customers.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. The demo chat stores a simple answer counter in your own browser storage, which you can clear at any time through your browser settings.

If this site begins collecting information in a new way, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what is collected and why.
